Who We Are
Alex and I both share a love and passion for music and the arts. We have created a cozy space to chill out relax, listen, enjoy a cup of coffee and a s’more! Currently on Thursdays we offer an Open Mic night, hosted by our friend Aqy Baba that takes place from 6-8pm. On Sundays we offer a Blues Jam, hosted by our friend Miles from 5-9pm. We look forward to meeting our new customers every day and sharing our passion with others.
Why S'mores
The Idea to make gourmet s’mores came about on a car camping trip that took Alex & I from Calgary all the way down the West Coast to Crater Lake, Oregon where we purchased a book from the gift shop of exciting s’more variations.
Alex and I have spent a lot of time of our so far short lives in the restaurant industry and we thought it was time we tried to make a name for ourselves, with a product we have fun creating and eating.
The s’mores (marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate) are all hand made in our commercial kitchen in Bowness. We roast the marshmallow with a blow torch, add chocolate, and the decision of extra toppings is up to you!
